Nationwide Delivery is available on all items.
Standard Delivery: £80 (inc VAT) per pallet. Estimated 4-6 working days. Once an order is placed, we will contact you via phone to arrange a delivery slot.
Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 working days and dispatched immediately. Upgrade to express for £20 (inc VAT) per pallet.
Delivery service is selected at checkout.
We use The Pallet Network to fulfil all pallet orders with Tail lift unload. Delivery to kerbside only.
For HIAB delivery or special arrangements, please contact us to make arrangements.
Samples can be purchased by contacting us via email.
All samples are sent via a premium courier service.
For all samples, we charge a small fee of £12 (£10 + VAT) This fee covers picking the products, packaging supplies, and premium delivery service.

Description
Our Lakeland Blue Weathered Walling is sourced from the Kirkby quarry in the South Lakes, it is a mixture of Naturally Weathered Blue and Rustic Brown Autumnal colours that produce one of the most stunning Walling finishes available. It has been used for centuries for both construction and landscaping, and this is what creates the unmistakable local characteristics of buildings within the World Heritage Site which is the Lake District.
All the stone is hand selected from the ancient quarry workings in random lengths and random heights, with a bed depth of 100mm – 200mm. This allows the slate to be laid in the very traditional random way.
Slate has a very low water absorption ensuring that the walling is unaffected by frost damage, and will give a lifetime of use. The staple building stone around the Lake District.
Every piece of slate is completely unique combined with the creativity of the person laying it provides a complete signature finish, the possibilities are limitless.
The walling is delivered in a bulk bag on a pallet, each contains approx. 1000kg, which will cover approx. 3 SQM. This of course is dependent on the bed depth that you lay to and any onsite cutting and wastage.
