Shipping policy

We offer nationwide delivery on all items.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery costs £80 (inc VAT) per pallet. Estimated delivery time for standard delivery is 4-6 working days. Once an order is placed, we will contact you via phone to arrange a delivery slot. 

If we are unable to contact you via phone, we will still dispatch your order to avoid delay. In this case, once your order reaches the delivery depot, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date. 

Express Delivery

You can upgrade to express delivery at checkout for an additional £20 (inc VAT) per pallet. Express delivery takes an estimated 1-2 working days.

Bespoke & Made to Order Items

Items that are bespoke to individual requirements or made to order will have an extended lead time.

Delivery Conditions

We use a pallet network to fulfil orders with tail lift unload. Delivery is to kerbside only. Deliveries are made between the hours of 9 and 5. You should receive a text message and/or email on the delivery day to advise when your order is out for delivery and giving an ETA. 

Before placing your order, please ensure that all these conditions can be met:

  • There must be sufficient access and space at the delivery point for an 26-tonne + truck to turn around (minimum width of 3 meters).
  • Delivery surface must be tarmac, block paving or concrete in order to safely unload the pallet(s). Delivery pump trucks cannot leave goods on any soft or loose ground, such as grass or gravel. 
  • The delivery surface must not be on an incline (slope or hill).
  • Delivery access must be free of any obstacles such as low cables or overhanging trees.
  • Delivery is not to a private road or A road

Failed Deliveries

Please note that failed deliveries will lead to additional charges, which will need to be paid by the customer before re-delivery is attempted.

Special Requirements

If you require a smaller vehicle or hiab crane unload, please contact us on 0114 321 7890 before placing your order so we can go through the available options with you.
