Description
Add a strong, authentic edge to your landscaping with our Reclaimed Yorkshire Stone Kerbs. Salvaged from historic streets, roads and estates, these substantial kerbs carry decades of natural wear and weathering, giving new projects the genuine character of traditional British streetscapes.
History built in
Yorkshire stone kerbs once lined the streets of towns and cities across Northern England. Reclaimed and given a second life, each length shows the softened edges, worn surfaces and rich patina that only generations of use can create. They are a popular choice for heritage schemes, conservation areas and period properties, where new concrete or stone kerbs can look out of place.
Strong and long-lasting
With a generous 12" x 5" (approx. 300mm x 125mm) section, these are solid, heavy-duty kerbs built to withstand vehicle traffic, daily use and the British weather. Dense, hard-wearing Yorkshire stone means they will continue to perform, and look better with age, for many years to come.
Ideal for
- Driveway and parking area edging
- Path, patio and lawn borders
- Raised beds and planting edges
- Steps and changes in level
- Conservation and heritage restoration projects
- Courtyards and traditional street-style landscaping
Natural colour
Weathered, multi-toned shades of buff, brown and grey give each run of kerbing natural variation and an established appearance from the day it is laid.
Supplied per linear foot
Kerbs are supplied in random lengths and sold per linear foot (approx. 300mm), making it simple to order the exact run you need. As reclaimed stock changes regularly, individual kerbs may vary from the images shown, but the grade and quality remain consistent. Viewings at our Sheffield yard are welcome.
A sustainable choice
Reusing reclaimed stone reduces waste and the need for new quarrying, without compromising on strength or character.
